I’m here to help you transform your negative thoughts into positive ones. No mother should have to face a postpartum depression alone. Together, we’ll work one-on-one to build your self-confidence. Not just as a mother, but in your life beyond motherhood as well.

By the end of our sessions, you’ll feel empowered to embrace motherhood once again, making the most of your unique qualities as a mom. In this program, I’ll provide you with helpful tools to help break free from the whirlpool of negative thoughts. You’ll learn how to live more mindfully, observe your emotions without judgment or panic, and experience a greater sense of peace.

These personalized sessions are ideal for mothers who feel they’ve lost control of their role as a mom and are struggling with negative or anxious thoughts. Together, we’ll work to restore your confidence and well-being.

According to statistics, 1 in 10 moms end up experiencing postpartum depression. In my experience, this happens far more often. The moms who come to my practice all share one common trait: they set the bar too high for themselves, tend to be perfectionists, and struggle with accepting and letting go in motherhood.

The good news is, I can help you with this. You don’t have to face this challenging period in your life alone, dear mama. In fact, I believe you shouldn’t! I’ll guide you and help you feel good about yourself again.

In a Mama Coaching program of six one-on-one sessions, I’ll provide you with tips and practical tools to work on independently. This way, you won’t become dependent on me but will learn to stand confidently on your own as a mother. By the end of our journey, your self-confidence as a mom will grow, and you’ll have tools that will serve you for the rest of your life.

Happy people don’t necessarily have easier or better lives—they simply handle life’s challenges in a more constructive way. And that’s exactly what I will teach you!

“Over a year ago, my grandfather (after a long and happy life) and my mother-in-law (far too early due to that terrible illness) passed away. Three months later, our first son was born. As you can imagine, the loss of your mother alone has a significant impact, but that impact becomes even greater when your first child is born so shortly afterward.
At first, I ignored myself entirely. I focused all my time, energy, and attention on my wife, who had just lost her mother, to ensure that everything would continue to go well for her and our baby. When our son was born, nothing changed in that regard. My thoughts about myself were mainly along the lines of, ‘It wasn’t my mother who passed away,’ ‘I’m not the one who gave birth,’ ‘Stop being so dramatic,’ and so on. But as time went on, I began to realize that I had neglected my mental well-being for months.
At that time, my wife was already receiving support from Tilda, and I could see how much it was helping her. I had assumed that someone who offers “support for mothers without a pink cloud” would not be suited for a father ‘without a pink cloud.’

She tells you what you need to hear, what is necessary, and what can help you to get back on track. She helps you avoid falling into pitfalls (or at least recognize them early) and ensures that it becomes possible again to feel good about yourself.
I don’t think I experienced a ‘postnatal depression,’ but rather that a combination of circumstances left me unable to keep myself upright for a while.
