At Frou Frou Begeleiding, I provide support for those experiencing a grey cloud instead of the expected pink one. Whether you are a pregnant mom or a (newly) postpartum mom struggling without the so-called pink cloud, I’m here to help you transform your negative thoughts into positive ones. No mother should have to face postpartum depression alone.

The Online Mama Tribe sessions bring together moms who are experiencing a grey cloud, giving you a space to share your experiences. In a safe and trusted environment, you can tell your story without judgment. This helps you realize that you’re not alone in having these feelings and thoughts. From my experience, many moms find these sessions immensely valuable because they feel truly heard and understood.

The Online Mama Tribe sessions are also designed for pregnant moms who are already facing a grey cloud.

Every three months, we launch two new online group sessions:
One for pregnant moms
One for moms with children of all ages

Most moms struggle with the immense changes that come after giving birth. Know that this is completely normal, and there’s no need to feel ashamed. Sometimes, it feels like you’re being swallowed by the care your baby requires, the negative thoughts about motherhood, and the heavy responsibility that comes with it. On top of that, you may feel increasingly disconnected from your "normal" life, feeling isolated at home with your baby.
